Throughout the school year, the school organizes activities, ranging from shopping trips and movies to three-on-three basketball tournaments and dances. There's always something to do.
Stanstead College also hosts a number of special events during the year. One of the most popular is United Nations Day, when area elementary school students visit student-created cultural pavilions throughout the College. The school also welcomes guest speakers and theatrical productions.
One of the more popular occurences at Stanstead College is the All-Campus House League, in which students are divided into four teams and compete in a variety of in-house sports in hopes of capturing the league championship. This culminates in late spring with an all-day series of outdoor activities.

Did you know…?
In Quebec, the term used for planned and organized group activities is “animation.” It’s a French word that’s crept into the English language. So if you hear a Stanstead College student talking about “animation,” don’t expect to see a cartoon!
