Career Fair 2004
Red & White - Fall 2004/ Winter 2005

On Thursday, October 21, 2004 senior students participated in an informative choice of career information sessions, compliments of alumni (Tom Rowan`76 and Joseph Levy`69), parents, trustees and friends of Stanstead College, who traveled from near and far to share their career stories. 
   The students were treated to a variety of presentation topics.  Captain Tom Rowan spoke about a career as a fighter pilot and an Air Canada pilot. He captured his career message on a CD that he shared with the students.
   Doctor Ferial Ladak, who practices medicine in the emergency room at North Country Hospital in Newport, Vt., spoke about medical school at UBC and the importance of knowing and caring about your patients.    

Dr. Vivien Muir and Dr. Paola di Ciccio introduced a variety of career paths in alternative medicine.
   Students appreciated the variety of choices and the enriching content of the messages.  It was a truly valuable evening and we wish to thank the following presenters for making the event a success: Tom Rowan `76, Bob Wilson, Robert Cowling, Dr. Vivian Muir, Dr. Paola Di Ciccio, Ferial Ladak, Gervais Boudrais, Joseph Levy `69, Ross Murray, Petty Officer Stephane Gagne,  and Louis Latendresse.
