Academic prize winners

April 2007

Earlier this year, our Grade 8 students participated in the Canadian Scholastic Achievement Contest. On Monday, those students who achieved above the national average received certificates of merit. They were Javier Quintero, Diego Gonzalez, Max Cadrin, William Bright (top finisher in Grade 8), Robyn Diamond, Maria Jose Garcia, James Vassilakis, Iselle Flores, Justin Coon and Blanche DuSault.

Top scorers for the school in the annual University of Waterloo Math Contest were Kyle Lim for Grade 9, Helen White for Grade 10 and Terry Kim for Grade 11. This is the third year in a row Terry has been the top student in his grade.

Junior Science Fair

On Thursday, February 22, the enquiring minds of the junior students were in full force at the annual Junior Science Fair.
