Spartan on the Q list

Congratulations to Ryan Bedard, Grade 10, who has been drafted by the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League. Ryan, who has played for two years with the Senior Boys Spartans, was chosen in the fifth round and was 83 rd overall in the draft held in Sydney, N.S. this past Saturday. The Derby Line, Vt. day student was selected by the Montreal Juniors, formerly the St. John’s Fog Devils. Ryan managed 32 goals and 49 assists in 55 games this past season.
