      Lacrosse Camp

Lacrosse Camp

Stanstead College Lacrosse Camp teaches proper fundamentals, skills, techniques and increases the athlete’s overall lacrosse IQ. This is the ultimate introduction for beginner players who are new to the sport and intermediate players who are looking to sharpen their skills to elevate their game. The goal is to provide athletes the tools to elevate their game, increase their knowledge, fundamental skills and assist in getting to the next level of play.

A Typical Camp Day

Practice plans cater to players learning through fast-paced drills, games and activities. Players will have on average 4 hours of lacrosse training per day (2 hours skills, 2 hours small group games) and one strength and conditioning or lacrosse IQ session per day. In addition, there will be fun activities and evening activities outside of the lacrosse work.

  • Individual offensive and defensive skills (body position, checking, shooting, dodging).
  • Team offensive and defensive systems (two-man game, three-man game, team offense, and defense).
