Cross-country skiing and yoga are non-competitive intramural options during the winter term.
Besides improving their skills and techniques on and around the College campus, members of the intramural cross-country ski team head out a number of times each season to some of the fine trails that wind through the region.
Students engage in daily yoga practice to improve physical strength and flexibility as well as mental focus. Different styles of yoga are practiced to develop skills in a range of poses at various levels of difficulty.
