Athlete of the Week: Jamie Arsenault

From Sackville, New Brunswick, Jamie was a force to be reckoned with at this past week’s junior badminton tournament. Stepping up to compete in two divisions, the Grade 10 student-athlete never left the court. She jumped between girls singles and girls doubles in two separate gyms all afternoon long. She never complained, made zero excuses and had perfect sportsmanship. In the end, she brought home a silver medal in singles and a gold medal with partner Emma MacIntyre in doubles.
