Varsity Boys Weekend
This past weekend, the varsity boys hockey team was in Lawrenceville, New Jersey to compete in the Lawrenceville Holiday tournament, which happens to be the oldest high school hockey tournament in the United States. The short-handed Spartans, who as of Saturday were down 6 players due to IIHF events and injuries, snapped their losing streak and get a win heading into Christmas break. They competed in 4 games coming out with a 1-3 record. Nathan Garnier came home with three goals and one assist. All three goalies made appearances in net, with Wills Seagrave nagging the sole win in the final game.
