5:15 pm-early supper
5:45 pm-Grade 9 students line up outside Student Centre (parents sit inside student centre)
6 pm-Grade 9s proceed into student centre, following piper (Mr. Andrew Blair)
Ceremony/awards begin
6:45 pm-Ceremony concludes, desserts, beverages, pictures and social time
7 pm-Students return to dorms, or are picked up/depart for home
