This Thursday through Saturday, Stanstead College will host the Canadian Accredited Independent Schools (CAIS) Senior Boys Soccer Tournament, the second year in a row the school has hosted a national tournament.
Last year, the senior girls were in the spotlight. This year the senior boys playing on three fields here on campus plus one down the road at BCS. In all, 32 teams will be competing in three divisions.
The host Spartans will be in Division 2 along with Lakefield College School (Lakefield, Ont.), St. John's-Kilmarnock School (Breslau, Ont.), Ridley College (St. Catharines, Ont.), King's-Edgehill School (Windsor, NS), Ashbury College (Ottawa, Ont.), Trinity College School (Port Hope, Ont.) and Rothesay-Netherwood School (Rothesay, NB).

The senior girls soccer team, meanwhile, will be travelling to Toronto to compete in their respective CAIS tournament, departing Wednesday.
